Block Manager
Salary: £30,000 - £37,000
HPT Recruitment are working with a regional consultancy based in Newcastle. They are looking to add a Block Manager to join their team, managing a residential portfolio of properties.
Day to day:
- Service Charge Budget Management
- Both Tenant and Landlord Liaison
- Maintain records including lease agreements and rent payments
- Managing all repairs both reactive and planned
- Contractor liaison
- Carry our regular inspections
The Block Manager coming in must have a minimum of three years’ experience, be a self-starter, work autonomously, be able to problem solve and have a strong work ethic. As a Block Manager being highly organised and having strong administrative skills is key. You must have experience in Assured Shorthold Tenancy’s.
